For registering on Full Matrimony.com, you have to be:

MEMBERSHIP

By registering your profile through any of our domains [Listed in the Annexure] AND by the remittance of prescribed fees, duly accepted by the full matrimony.com you become a member of FullMatrimony.com.

For the convenience of all our users FullMatrimony has different types of membership schemes, each with their own benefits. They are

Fullmatrimony.com reserves the right of admission. Once your request is processed and after due acceptance by FULLMATRIMONY.COM. and on payment of requisite fees, membership will be granted. Membership and rights of admission are reserved solely for FULLmatrimony.com and decision of Fullmatrimony.com regarding admission or rejection of membership is final and cannot be questioned.

MEMBERSHIP NOT TRANSFERABLE:

It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person/entity. Membership is only for personal use and information available on the website cannot be made available by you to anyone else either gratuitously or for any consideration. Commercial use of information is strictly prohibited.

Membership will be renewed automatically, unless notice of termination is received 15 days before the date of expiry. If no such notice is received by fullmatrimony.com, the member should remit the renewal fees immediately.

The advantages of Auto renewal are that it allows a member to continuously use the paid services without having to worry about expiry period. So if in case a member forgets to renew the membership, Auto renewal service will automatically renew the membership. In situations where the Auto renewal status is OFF and at the end of the expiry period a member forgets to renew the membership, the paid service will be discontinued and the member will lose all the benefits and privileges allotted to Paid Members, which is:

• View contact information of members who have contacted them

• Send Personalised Messages

• View members contact information including Verified Phone Numbers

• Maintain privacy control

• Use Messenger & other benefits

If a member has upgraded the membership using Auto renewal and then decides to cancel the membership, it can be done. But to get a refund the member must not have used any of our services and cancellation must be done within 7 days of renewal. Autorenewal is a facility granted by fullmatrimony.com and the website reserves the right to extend the said facility, without any obligation to do so.

About Cancellation: MEMBERSHIP FEES IS NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Termination of Membership: The membership may be terminated by either party by serving a written notice on the other. FullMatrimony.com reserves the right to terminate the membership, to suspend a profile or to disable access in respect of any member in breach of any of the terms. In no case will the Membership fees be refundable.

If you are a free member you can express your interest to a limited number of members. This is valid for a limited period only. FullMatrimony.com reserves the right to provide this feature to its members.

Your DUTIES TOWARDS THE WEBSITE: You are responsible for the content and information [including profile and photograph] you post or transmit through FullMatrimony.com's services. You will not post or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be contained] that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights. No content or information shall contain details or particulars of any of FullMatrimony.com's competitors, including their contact details. You will not use either your online or offline membership as a platform for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or transmit any chain letters or junk mails.

There is a limit to the number of profiles you are allowed to contact each day.

Members are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any matrimonial advertisement. Our site does not vouch for or subscribe to the claims and presentations made by advertisers regarding particulars of status, age, income of members.

Your membership will automatically be suspended if you send "abusive, obscene or sexually oriented" message/s to other members.

FullMatrimony.com has the right to suspend your profile without any prior notice.

FullMatrimony.com reserves the right to edit/delete your photo/horoscope if it's not a valid/clear/related one.

If we find duplicate profiles, fullmatrimony.com have rights to suspend any or all of the profiles.

Messages sent to members of the opposite gender should be only for the purpose of finding a life partner. You are not allowed to misuse the service in the name of "Dating", "Flirting", "Friendship" etc.

FullMatrimony.com reserves the right to modify your profile if any prohibitive or objectionable content is found, or in the case of your contact details being entered in unrelated fields. FullMatrimony.com may also modify the profile for other reasons not mentioned herein. If any abusive content is found in your video clipping, FullMatrimony.com has the right to suspend your profile. While all care is normally taken to ensure that no offensive, abusive, indecent material is found on the website, should such material be found, fullmatrimony.com does not owe any responsibility for the same and no claim lies against the website for the said reason.

You will not post or transmit any content, information or trademarks without the prior consent of the person holding its proprietary or licensed rights. Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation of any of the terms are to be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, [Indian Act] at Hyderabad, before the sole Arbitrator, Sri V. Dharmasuri, S/o late V.S.Sastry, flat No.41, Ramsey Symphony Dwellings, Khairatabad, Hyderabad 500 004.. The arbitration proceedings will be held at Hyderabad in English language, at date time and place convenient to the Arbitrator.
